* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited institution or 8 years of relevant experience in Information Technology accepted in lieu of a degree.


* Minimum 8 years' experience in design, configuration, implementation and support of Windows hardware and software.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of Hire.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Certification in ITIL v.4 preferred


* Certification in Microsoft Azure, M365, Exchange or other Microsoft technologies


* Sound understanding of Enterprise scale multi-site/country Windows Environments including Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Azure, Entra AD, Entra Connect, SCCM, SCOM, M365 Exchange, Intune, PowerShell scripting.


* Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMWare


* Understanding of how to securely implement technologies in a global hybrid cloud environment and work within a security framework across all levels of infrastructure.


* Familiarity with information technology operations within a manufacturing facility and the various isolation techniques used for the process control areas.


* Experience implementing and/or managing M365 and Azure environments.


* Effective verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to manage medium/large projects, provide direction to other project teams
