* Associate degree or technical certification in CNC Programming, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.


* 2 years programming of CNC turning machines


* M and G code knowledge


* Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering documents


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* High attention to detail and quality, ability to work in a fast-paced aerospace production environment.


* Strong verbal and written communication.


* Basic 6S knowledge


* Experience with machining aerospace fittings or tight-tolerance components preferred.


* Strong understanding of GD&T


* Familiarity with: AS9100 quality systems, First Article Inspection (AS9102) and NADCAP requirements (if applicable).


* Strong collaboration and communication skills and process improvement mindset

Salary Range: $28-38/hour depending on experience
