Treatment Coordinator

Are you confident talking with patients, explaining treatment options, and helping families understand the financial side of their care? We are looking for a personable and motivated PRN Treatment Coordinator to provide coverage for our orthodontic offices in Sierra Madre and Claremont.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up 8-16 hours per week while working with a busy, patient-focused orthodontic team.

What You'll Do

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding new patients through their initial visit and helping them understand their recommended orthodontic treatment.

Responsibilities include:


* Meet with new patients scheduled for consultations


* Present recommended treatment plans in a clear and welcoming manner


* Review treatment fees and financial options with patients and families


* Answer questions regarding treatment and financial arrangements


* Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment


* Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to provide a smooth patient experience


* Maintain accurate patient and treatment information

What We're Looking For


* Treatment coordinating experience is preferred but not required


* Strong communication and customer-service skills


* Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial options


* Confident working directly with patients and families


* Organized, dependable, and professional


* Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment


* Flexible and willing to provide coverage as needed


* Comfortable traveling between Sierra Madre and Claremont

Schedule

PRN | Approximately 8-16 hours per week

Hours will vary depending on office coverage needs.

Typical shifts may include:

8:15 AM-5:30 PM
or
9:30 AM-6:30 PM

Compensation

$25-$28 per hour, based on experience.

Travel between Sierra Madre and Claremont may be required.
