We are searching for the best talent for our LATAM Transportation Manager , located in Sao Paulo Brazil or Bogota Colombia.

Purpose: This is an exciting and impactful new position in J&J MedTech that will have responsibility for outbound transportation operations throughout the Latin America region (Mexico, Central America, Caribbean and South America).

Working in close partnership with MedTech distribution and warehousing teams throughout the region, this role will drive performance and efficiency for the business while always ensuring customer and patient needs remain paramount.

You will be responsible for :



* Lead, develop, and engage direct and matrixed teams; set priorities, assess performance, and build succession and capability plans.


* Own end-to-end regional outbound transportation execution, service recovery, escalation management, crisis response, and business continuity.


* Serve as the primary outbound transportation leader for MedTech businesses, establishing governance, service expectations, decision rights, and executive reporting.


* Partner with Procurement in the supplier RFP and contracting process, evaluate new suppliers, identify and advocate for new required capabilities, monitor supplier performance and ensure suppliers are meeting contractual commitments or developing and executing remediation plans when necessary.


* Lead carrier governance, including SLAs, KPIs, business reviews, corrective actions, capacity, contracts, and sourcing implementation.
