(Strategic Customer Group, SCG) is recruiting for a Director, Market Access Marketing, Precision Medicine & Solid Tumor Pipeline.

This role has dual accountability for advancing U.S.

Precision Medicine Market Access capabilities and leading Market Access strategy and launch readiness for late-stage Solid Tumor Prostate pipeline assets.

The Director will serve as the primary Market Access partner to the Precision Medicine team within PS&E, embedding Precision Medicine access insights and capabilities across brand-aligned Market Access teams while shaping access, evidence, reimbursement, testing, and customer requirements for pipeline assets with Precision Medicine components.

In parallel, the Director will lead Market Access planning and execution for late-stage Prostate pipeline assets, serving as a critical bridge between New Product Business Development (NPBD), Precision Medicine, Global Market Access, and inline Value, Access & Pricing teams.
