Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is searching for the best talent for a Vice President, Global Education Capabilities to join our Depuy Synthes organization located in West Chester PA, Raynham MA, Palm Beach Gardens FL, or Warsaw, IN.

The Global Education Capabilities Vice President is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and advancing DePuy Synthes' global professional education capabilities in support of commercial strategy and business growth.

This leader will define the global education capability roadmap, modernize learning ecosystems, and ensure scalable, compliant, and impactful education solutions that enable customer excellence across regions and franchises.

This role partners across the Education Eco-system to lead global capabilities such as Professional relations and operations, Commercial capabilities (e.g., Ed Tech), Systems strategy, metrics and reporting (incl.

learning systems), Meeting, vendor and infrastructure management, Logistics warehousing, Brick and mortar institutes, Clinical simulation, and Copy review & Governance.

Additional responsibilities will include:


* Define and redefine the global professional education capabilities strategy aligned with DePuy Synthes commercial priorities and growth objectives.


* Build and oversee scalable global education platforms, learning technologies, and operating models to support surgeon, healthcare professional, and internal commercial education.


* Partner with Global and Regional Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Education leaders to translate business needs into effective education solutions.


* Establish global standards, governance, and best practices for professional education content development, delivery, and measurement.
