Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is searching for the best talent for a Senior Director, Professional Relations and Operations to join our Depuy Synthes organization located in West Chester PA, Raynham MA, Palm Beach Gardens FL, or Warsaw, IN.

We are seeking a strategic, results oriente senior leader to lead Global Professional Relations & Operations for the Orthopedics business.

This role will lead the global HCP engagement lifecycle-from annual needs assessment and service requests through contracting, invoicing/payment, and transfer-of-value reporting-and will deliver a unified global systems landscape (HCP engagement system and portal, contract lifecycle management, event management, customer registration, and analytics).

The role also leads the Orthopedics Educational Grants and Charitable Contributions Program.

This leader will partner across Commercial, Medical Affairs, R&D, Professional Education, Legal/Compliance/Privacy, Finance, and regional teams to enable consistent, compliant, and scalable interactions with HCPs worldwide, including Day-1 separation readiness and implementation.

Strategy & Governance


* Define the global strategy, operating model, and governance for HCP engagements across four regions; own roadmap, budget, and critical metrics.


* Partner with HCC and Legal to define global standards and playbooks for needs assessment, contracting, fee-for-service engagements, invoicing/payment, educational grants, charitable contributions, and transfer-of-value reporting.
