The Product Engineering Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for engineering teams supporting product, process, and packaging technologies across the Johnson & Johnson Vision network.

This role leads multi-site, cross-functional initiatives to deliver robust new product introductions (NPIs), design transfers, lifecycle management, and sustained improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and compliance.

The Product Engineering Manager establishes engineering strategies, technology roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures execution through disciplined project governance, effective resource and capital management, and strong people leadership.
