Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr.

Manager, ERP and Datahub, Finance Technology, located in Raynham, MA, with secondary locations in Raritan, NJ, and West Chester, PA.

This role provides senior leadership for the DPS S4 instance and Datahub and all associated functions, supporting DePuy Synthes Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain activities.

The Sr.

Manager will drive operational excellence, risk management, and digital finance solutions that improve visibility, control, and scalability across manufacturing and finance environments.

This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders to enable data-driven decisions and resilient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities


* Design, implement, and support the DPS CFIN, S/4 and Datahub functions, including replication support, S/4 Finance, internal management adjustments, Common Information Model (CIM) derivations, currency translations, external interfaces, reconciliations and data models.



* Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes.



* Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance across the DPS Datahub.



* Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration across Finance and IT.



* Provide senior‑level financial insights, dashboards, and analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making.



* Support enterprise initiatives related to digital finance transformation and system implementations impacting production finance.

Qualifications

Education


* Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.



* Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree.
