Superintendent

Were looking for an experienced Landscape Superintendent to lead day to day operations across our landscape construction and landscape maintenance projects.

In this role, youll oversee field crews, subcontractors, and on site execution for a wide range of commercial landscaping, residential landscape installation, and municipal landscape projects.

Your expertise in irrigation systems, landscape design and installation, and hardscape coordination will ensure our projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality.

As a leader in our field operations, you will: Supervise and mentor field crews working on landscape installation, grading, planting, and irrigation repairCoordinate labor, equipment, schedules, and materials for landscape construction projectsInterpret and execute construction plans, blueprints, and specificationsCollaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and vendors on commercial landscaping services and timelinesEnsure high standards of workmanship, job site safety, and OSHA complianceTroubleshoot on site issues to keep landscaping projects moving smoothlySupport strong client satisfaction through communication, professionalism, and quality delivery This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands the demands of landscaping jobs, enjoys building teams, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
