As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities at Kimberly Clarks Central Stores facility to support the global distribution of spare parts and equipment to Kimberly-Clark mills and affiliates.

This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within assigned functional areas, ensuring performance against established metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational goals.

Working as part of an integrated team of Kimberly-Clark and third-party logistics (3PL) resources, you will support a flexible "flow-to-the-work" environment, contribute to operational efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and promote a strong culture of team first mindset and safety across all warehouse operations.

About You

 

In one of our warehouse inventory roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Job responsibilities include:


* Deliver exceptional service to customers by contributing to damage free, accurate and on-schedule shipments, meet rush requests, effectively and efficiently answer questions and troubleshooting issues via phone and/or email communications.



* Demonstrate Subject Matter Expert (SME) capabilities within assigned function(s) including being the process owner maintaining Standard Operating Processes (SOP) and training of teammates.



* Execute safe material handling practices in loading/unloading deliveries and comply with all DOT, US export and foreign government import requirements.



* Foster a culture of safety by proactively identifying improvement opportunities, addressing potential risks, and sharing recommendations with the broader team.



* Ensure accurate warehouse inventory by following established inventory control processes, participating in cycle counts, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.



* Demonstrate flexibility to adapt and contribute to changing business priorities with knowledge to flow-to-the-work as required.



* Occasional overtime, weekend work, and participation in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule are required to support U.S.

mills to ensure critical spare parts are shipped and delivered ...
