Inventory Control Specialist

Your Job

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team in Hudson, WI to play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will support production and customer needs by managing inventory transactions, conducting audits and cycle counts, and helping maintain compliance with quality and inventory management standards.

Your contributions will directly impact operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

The leading task of quality control involves enforcing the use of specified processes and materials, ensuring the qualification of operators and equipment, and making a series of planned measurements to determine if quality standards are being met.

What You Will Do



* Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits to ensure accurate inventory records and compliance with inventory management principles, including FIFO.


* Investigate, document, and reconcile inventory discrepancies, adjustments, and miscellaneous inventory transactions.


* Receive, inspect, stage, and process incoming materials and shipments while maintaining accurate inventory documentation.


* Pick, kit, package, and prepare materials and products for customer shipments and production work orders.


* Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions and documentation of product movement between warehouses and storage locations.


* Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies to support efficient operational and manufacturing activities.


* Support inventory organization and material flow across conforming, non-conforming, and rework inventory areas.


* Participate in internal audits and support compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements.


* Assist with developing, updating, and maintaining departmental procedures and work instructions.


* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall warehouse performance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience in an inventory, warehouse, materials, or manufacturing environment

* Experience performing cycle counts and physical inventory activities.


* Experience using ERP software, preferably SAP.
