Molex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Hudson, WI.

In this role, you will lead warehouse operations that support safe, efficient, and accurate inventory management across raw materials and spare parts.

You will play a key role in ensuring materials are available when needed to support operational reliability, product quality, and business success.

As part of a growing operation, you will help build warehouse capabilities, establish effective processes, and develop a high-performing team.

Our Team

Our team is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials and spare parts that support manufacturing and maintenance operations.

We work closely with operations, maintenance, reliability, procurement, and supplier partners to ensure materials are available, inventory is accurate, and warehouse processes operate safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do



* Supervise and lead warehouse employees while supporting their growth through daily coaching and leadership.


* Hire, onboard, and build a high-performing warehouse team to support current and future business needs.


* Oversee receiving, storage, staging, picking, packing, material movement, and shipping activities.


* Define, manage, and continuously improve warehouse processes that ensure the right materials are available at the right time.


* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine audits and cycle counts.


* Partner with reliability and operations teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.


* Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, compliance, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.


* Manage warehouse-related costs and help optimize inventory, storage, and supplier performance.


* Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, material movement, and forklift operation when needed.


* Support warehouse operations during outages, shutdowns, and other business-critical events that may require occasional extended hours or weekend coverage.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience supervising warehouse employees or formally leading warehouse operations.


* 3+ years of experience within a warehouse environment.


* Experience and familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement concepts such as 6S.

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and material optimization.


* Experience leading 6S, Lean, or other continuous improvement initiatives.


* Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
