Execute tasks in the garden based on standard operating procedures.Maintain collaborative logs and checklists as assigned.Daily cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial tasks to maintain a clean work environment.Deep cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial tasks as assigned.Daily monitoring and scouting of pest and disease including physically inspecting sticky cards and plantsMaintaining up-to-date pesticide/preventative logsWeekly record keeping of crop walks, tracking areas of concernReport pest/disease/plant health issues immediately to IPM SupervisorMaintain inventory of pesticide locker and inform IPM Supervisor of any needed itemsDevelop and maintain current knowledge of common pest/disease concernsMixing of pesticides/preventative agents/caustic cleaning agentsOperating and maintaining sprayer equipmentAssist in dispersal of beneficial insectsCoordinates scheduling of application with IPM SupervisorFollows standard operating procedures for assigned tasks and projectsFollows all safety protocolUpholds quality standards; conducts and documents follow-up inspectionsPest management tasks as assigned.Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Required: Must be at least 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent.

Additional education, certifications, and experience in horticulture, agronomy, or cannabis cultivation are a plus.Strong attention to detail and able to maintain accurate recordsBe a team-playerBe friendly and optimistic with a willingness to learnGreat time management, self starter, motivated, adaptable to changing scheduleSubject to background check per state cannabis regulationsReliable TransportationPassion for and knowledgeable about CannabisPassion for cannabis CultureAll applicants must be residing in Deland, Florida, or willing to commute.Be at least 21 years of age.Ability to pass a level 2 background screening in Florida.
