This role is ideal for an adaptable professional who enjoys variety, travel, and the challenge of integrating quickly into new worksite environments.

The Site Support Technician provides short- and mid-term coverage for PTO, paternity leaves, and rapid response site startups--defined as situations where a client requests ATS presence on short notice (for example, a Friday call for a Monday start).

This position does not assume the administrative or operational responsibilities of Directors or Area Managers during site startups.

Assignments may range from one week to 3-6 months, depending on client and site needs.

Between projects ATS will return employee to their home while waiting for the next assignment.

For every ninety (90) calendar days employee will earn one paid week (7 days) off in addition to the standard PTO accrual.

The Site Support Technician ensures continuity of care, maintains ATS standards, and provides exceptional support to employees and client teams.

Key Responsibilities Coverage and Support: Offer coverage for PTO, paternity leave, and rapid deployment needs, and maintaining consistent quality of care.

Support coverage needs at the direction of ATS; including day, swing and night shift schedules.

Startup site support coverage by quickly establishing an ATS presence when new client needs arise (not including administrative site launch responsibilities).

Represent ATS professionally across diverse client sites and work environments.

Wellness Screening and Assessment: Perform wellness screenings, including, but not limited to, blood pressure and blood glucose testing.

Injury Treatment and Case Management: Offer first-aid treatment for musculoskeletal complaints (e.g., ice, heat, and non-rigid bracing).

Educate employees on injury prevention, health protocols, and wellness practices.
