We are looking for an Assistant Director to partner with our Directors in shaping a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children on the Upper East Side.

This candidate will help oversee our growing child care center.

Key Responsibilities: Mentor and support our amazing team of teachers Build meaningful relationships with children and families Help manage daily center operations Provide support to the Director with managing center operations Work closely with the Business Operations Manager and company leadership team.

Hire, train, supervise, and guide teachers and staff.

Communicate regularly with parents and address their questions Maintain accurate health, safety, and operational records Provide classroom coverage as needed Ensure full compliance with state childcare and safety regulations
