The Role: IPC Offer Procurement Leader

Lead procurement activities throughout the offer lifecycle, supporting new product introductions, offer evolution, and supplier performance management.

Partner with Business Units, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Suppliers to ensure competitive cost, secure supply, innovation adoption and sustainability objectives while enabling profitable business growth.

What will you do?

1.

Offer Development & Project Procurement Leadership


* Lead procurement support for HMI (Human Machine Interface) and Industrial PC (IPC) offers across the product lifecycle, including New Product Introduction (NPI), offer evolution, supplier localization, resilience, and productivity initiatives across Electronic, Mechanical, and strategic manufacturing partners (OEM/ODM).


* Lead procurement activities for New Product Development (NPD), Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM), and Agile Offer Creation projects.


* Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to define procurement requirements and sourcing strategies.


* Support achievement of project objectives related to cost, quality, supply continuity, sustainability, and time-to-market.


* Conduct cost estimation and total cost analysis during project development phases.


* Drive make-or-buy analysis and supplier selection decisions.


* Lead supplier scouting, supplier mapping, qualification, and sourcing activities.


* Ensure procurement deliverables are completed according to project milestones and governance requirements.

Supplier Negotiation & Contract Management


* Lead negotiations with suppliers covering cost, logistics, quality, service levels, engineering changes, sustainability expectations, and compliance requirements.


* Establish and maintain contractual agreements aligned with Schneider Electric policies and governance.


* Support procurement strategy deployment to improve competitiveness and mitigate business risks.


* Ensure agreements support long-term business growth, supply continuity, and operational excellence.

Supplier Performance & Lifecycle Management


* Manage supplier relationships throughout the offer lifecycle.
