Your role:

As part of our Energy Efficiency consulting team, you will help customers identify, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that reduce energy consumption, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate decarbonization.

Location:

This role is based in Stezzano (Italy).

Travel availability across national and EMEA regions (~30%).

Your missions:

Energy Efficiency & Technical Consulting


* Conduct comprehensive energy audits for industrial and tertiary-sector clients, identifying, assessing, and prioritizing Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).


* Assist in evaluating technical and financial opportunities, including energy savings potential, investment requirements, and payback calculations.


* Analyze energy and operational data and contribute to benchmarking activities using established methodologies.

Decarbonization & Performance Improvement


* Contribute to the development and implementation of energy efficiency and decarbonization roadmaps


* Support measurement and verification activities and help track energy performance improvements.


* Assist in monitoring energy savings results and identifying improvement opportunities.


* Participate in commissioning and performance validation activities.

Client Engagement


* Support the preparation of technical analyses and client deliverables.


* Contribute to business case preparation and investment assessments.


* Build strong customer relationships through project support and effective communication.

Innovation, Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement


* Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting tools, methodologies, and deliverables.


* Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and market trends related to energy efficiency and decarbonization.


* Participate in the development of analytical tools and methodologies.

Your profile:


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.


* 2-5 years of experience in energy efficiency, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.


* Understanding of HVAC, cooling, compressed air, steam, lighting, waste-to-energy, and renewable energy systems, with preferably expertise in one or more of these domains.


* Good analytical skills and willingness to develop proficiency in energy performance assessment methods and tools.


* Ability to prepare reports, present findings, and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.


* Advanced English proficiency (C1)
