Title: Members Records Associate, Temporary Duration: 3-6 months, Potential to convert to permanent Rate of Pay: $1,104.04 per week FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employer: Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry Department: Members Records Vacancy: 1 Job Description Under general supervision, the Members Records Associate will report to the Supervisor and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for various duties, including but not limited to them following: Verify Local 3 Employer contribution reporting.

Resolve discrepancies by communicating with outside vendors.Determine members general eligibility.

Handle and assist membership through customer service.May be required to perform other duties as necessary.

This would require the ability to lift files, pull files/ forms /books, stand, bending, shred documents, open/close filing cabinets as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a Temporary onsite 35 hours per week Non-Exempt position.

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM.

Flexibility: Must be able to work overtime when necessary.

Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
