This is a salaried Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Candidates for this position may be eligible for a $15,000 Hiring Perk.This position requires a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license, a valid Pennsylvania drivers license, and reliable internet access.

As Homeland HomeHealths RN you would provide provide skilled professional nursing care to home health patients, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Home Health Care Medicare Conditions of Participation, Pennsylvania Home Health Care licensure laws, and agency policies and procedures.

You will provide the initial and comprehensive nursing assessment of patient needs and collaborate to develop the home health plan of care, as well as reevaluate and revise the plan of care relative to the patients nursing needs to provide appropriate, comprehensive and responsive goals and interventions.

You will work closely with other members of the health care delivery team to ensure all patient and family care needs are being met and provide supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Home Health Aides.

Requirements include: Education and Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.

Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
