MONDAY-FRIDAY & ROTATING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS The Essentials Schedule: Full-Time 36 hours per week | Day Shift 3x 12s 7AM-7:30PMLocation: Fairlawn, OHSpecialty: Post-Surgical Orthopedics & Plastics, Inpatient What You'll Do Support patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, including ambulation, toileting, positioning, transfers, and maintaining patient safety.Participate in hourly rounding and document patient information, intake/output, vital signs, and charges accurately and timely.Assist with meal selection, tray delivery, feeding assistance, hydration, and communication of dietary changes.Transport patients throughout the hospital and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.Provide clerical and administrative support, including answering phones and assisting the care team as needed.

What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma or GED required.Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of healthcare or related experience preferred.Skills: Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Certifications: BLS certification required within three (3) months of hire.
