InSite Supervisor

Clean Harbors in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Insite Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew.

This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment,standard operating procedures on work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities


* The candidate must be able to interface with clients and management.


* The candidate must be able to manage project-related vendors.


* The candidate must be able to manage, reconcile, and review all job-related documentation.


* The candidate must be able to perform physical functions per job requirements.


* The candidate must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and position-specific physical examination.


* Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew.


* Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.


* Inspect equipment and the general work area before starting each job.


* Complete all appropriate paperwork, including service receipts, and submit it to designated management.


* Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.


* Practice safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working.


* Provide industrial services using appropriate handwork or manual-work techniques in accordance with established methods and applicable regulations.


* Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in cleaning areas.


* Check equipment at the start of each shift.


* Lead safety meetings and ensure Clean Harbors safety policies are followed.


* Meet progress deadlines and efficiently utilize resources.


* Follow all local, state or provincial, and federal compliance regulations and rules.


* Safely operate vehicles in accordance with United States Department of Transportation, local, state or provincial, and federal requirements.
