Industrial Security Specialist II
Job Summary
The Industrial Security Specialist II with the direction of the EFW Facility Security Officer will assist the Facility Security Officer maintain and manage the overall security posture of the company and ensure compliance with United States Departments of Defense and State requirements as presented in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) respectively.
Responsibilities and Tasks
* Direct and manage the identification system for all employees, service and technical representatives, contractors and visitors to the company.
* Provide and manage the guard services at the company; assuring that the facility is protected and controlled.
* Maintain and manage the security requirements in support of DoD Classified Contracts, and keep current records of all DD254's.
* Provide support to all industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security regulations.
* Provide written and oral communication to all site staff relative to security requirements.
* Maintain the Joint Personnel Adjudication System and assist employees with the completion
* Oversee background/reference checks on company employees.
* Participate in investigations involving fraud, theft, sabotage, espionage, subversive activities or employee misconduct.
* Review classified contracts to ensure that proper security guidance is received from the government, as requested.
* Ensures that the Company Security Manual which outlines security regulations for employees is maintained.
* Ensures that standard practices are designed, established and used for all industrial security functions.
* Help provide interpretation of the standard practices as they relate to industrial security.
* Assist with the receipt and processing of visit request and contact reports required by the Special Security Agreement and Visitation Approval Procedure Agreement.
* Provides information for the quarterly report to the Government Security Committee.
* Is aware if the use of Classified Information Systems.
* Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Outside Business Relationships
* Government Security Committee.
* Defense Security Service.
* Other functional leaders across the company at all site locations.
* Other EFW site locations security officers.
* Law Enforcement personnel as necessary.
* Representatives from the Department of Defense.
* Representatives from the Department of State.
* Representatives from any branch of the Armed Services, as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
* Associate's degree is preferred
* High School diploma or GED is required
