Associate Director, Southeast Region - Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team is recruiting for an Associate Director, Southeast for the Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) team, which will be a field-based position.

The Southeast region includes Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Washington, DC; and Raleigh, NC.

PECS is committed to setting the standard on Patient Experience (Px), building more personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences to help patients start and stay on treatments across the portfolio.

Job Description

The Associate Director is accountable for effectively leading, developing, and directly managing a team of FRM who have access & fulfillment related responsibilities across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts and executing on the PECS FRM strategy.

This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as well as working in the field with minimal supervision.

The Associate Director is focused on ensuring healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers are enabled with the information, tools and resources needed to ensure patient ability to start and stay on therapy.

They will also foster communication across multiple JJIM departments including Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales.
