Position Summary

The Product Analyst provides the analytical foundation that enables product decisions, deployment readiness, and continuous improvement.

This role converts operational data into actionable insights while supporting requirements, testing, solution governance, and process documentation.

This individual becomes the operational backbone of the product organization.

Product Analytics


* Develop KPI dashboards and reporting.

Requirements Support


* Support gathering and documenting requirements.


* Maintain traceability between requirements, testing, and deployment outcomes.


* Assist with Change Request assessments and impact analysis.

Process Governance


* Maintain Signavio documentation.


* Support global business process alignment.


* Ensure localization activities remain aligned to the global template.

Testing & Deployment Support


* Coordinate BST and UAT execution tracking.


* Monitor script readiness and coverage.


* Support go-live and hypercare reporting.
