Facilities Electrician

TESCO The Eastern Specialty Company | Bristol, PA TESCO is looking for an experienced, self-directed Facility Electrician to own the electrical systems that keep our Bristol, PA facility running from the building's 3-phase incoming service and main distribution equipment to the lighting, power, and control systems throughout the site.

Our facility is home to roughly 20 tenants, each with dedicated electrical metering, plus open spaces that are actively being renovated and upgraded.

We need a mature, seasoned electrician who can diagnose and resolve complex building electrical issues independently, support tenant and renovation work from planning through completion, and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do - Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and document the building's electrical systems, including 3-phase incoming service, main distribution, panels, lighting, power, and control systems - Inspect and maintain tenant electrical metering equipment; read, verify, and troubleshoot meters supporting the facility's approximately 20 tenants - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment throughout the building - Diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing equipment and develop effective, lasting repair solutions - Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues to minimize downtime for tenants and building operations - Plan and execute electrical work for renovation and upgrade projects in open or repurposed building spaces - Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards - Document maintenance and project work performed and maintain accurate work order and metering records - Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, HVAC, and construction support - Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency repairs What You Bring - High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or trade/vocational program strongly preferred - 510 years of progressive, hands-on electrical experience in a commercial or industrial building environment, including work on 3-phase incoming service, main distribution equipment, and building-wide electrical systems - Experience in a multi-tenant facility, including electrical metering, strongly preferred - Valid driver's license required; journeyman electrician license or equivalent state/local electrical license strongly preferred - Working familiarity with building security systems (access control, cameras, alarm panels) and fire alarm/life safety systems is a plus - Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable state/local codes - Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes) - Strong troubleshooting skills, sound independent judgment, and a consistent commitment to safety - Ability to read, interpret, and create blueprints, one-line diagrams, an...
