The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all operational targets are met efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* This position will directly supervise Operations Managers, and indirectly manage the entire team within their area of responsibility.



* Planning and coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods: You will be responsible for ensuring that products are received, stored, and distributed in a timely and efficient manner.


* Managing and training staff: Assist to recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed effectively.


* Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures: Assist to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.


* Monitoring inventory levels: Assist to keep track of inventory levels and ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.


* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards; maintain a clean, organized facility.


* Continuously improving warehouse operations: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer and employee experience.


* Managing budgets: Manage budgets and ensure that all operations are carried out within the allocated financial resources.


* Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that all operational requirements are met.


* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper use of equipment and handling of hazardous materials.


* Performs other related duties as assigned.
