Haaland Activities Supervisor

Responsible for supervision of the Activity program of the Haaland Estates Basic Care.

This includes providing social and recreational outlets for our residents, including the development and implementation of new and innovative programs.

Leads activity team to develop, implement, guide, and evaluate appropriate activities according to the resident' interests, needs, and capabilities.

Encourage residents to be as active as possible within their spiritual, emotional, and physical abilities.

Supervised activity plans of care, providing education in-services for activity staff and other departments as requested.

Assists interdepartmental staff when needed to assure excellence in service delivery.

Follows all Standards and Values set by Haaland Estates.
