Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and manage assigned team by providing guidance, training, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of assigned projects and goals.Delegate, monitor, and audit tasks for assigned team of direct reports including ensuring resources are provided and available to complete projects.Collaborate with manager on full employment cycle of direct reports including career development, performance feedback, succession planning, employee engagement, and creating a strong culture of innovation and learning.Escalate area and/or personnel issues to manager or to appropriate department.Troubleshoot technical issues for direct reports as needed.Adhere to all safety practices and support safety related activities.Ensure projects are in compliance to ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 and other requirements.Provide project updates and report-outs to management.Performs work as assigned by manager.
Skills: Ability to lead a team within technical scope.Experience in relevant technical expertise.Able to work with cross functional teams.Knowledge manufacturing principles.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on both technical and leadership challenges.Demonstrates leadership competencies.
What you bring: Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed.Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least eight consecutive months in previous employment.
