Building Plant Maintenance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must have carpentry and mechanical skills, including using power and hand tools.

Must have welding experience.Fill Propane Tanks Inspect dock plates and rollup doors and perform maintenance and repair.

Inspect red/green lights, flood lights and fans in warehouse and in shipping and repair.Responsibility for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly checks on equipment and facilites.

Must be able work on material system.

Operate forklift.

Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure safe operation and follow all established rules and policies regarding forklift operation.

Drive company vehicle when necessary.
