Building & Grounds Technician

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FROM OCTOBER 26, 2026 - JANUARY 29, 2027 FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-exempt Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week, split shift, nights, weekends, and holidays (as required) This is a first-shift position; start times may vary depending on the season This position will be from October 26, 2026 - January 29, 2027 SALARY: $17.96/hr This role involves hands-on maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Duties include minorcarpentry and painting, light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing belts, hoses, lightbulbs, and brushes), and courierresponsibilities (e.g., operating a truck, cargo van, or tractor).

Trash and snow removal from parking garage, sidewalksand riverfront.

This position reports directly to the Manager of Building Operations.
