Sales Support Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, commercial, and project documentation.
• Coordinate customer inquiries, product selections, and technical information requests.
• Work closely with technical, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage order processing, delivery tracking, and customer updates.
• Assist to coordinate closely with customers, sales teams, technical teams, supply chain, prompt delivery status, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient quotation, order management.
• Support training sessions, and marketing activities.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Preferred academic background : Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, International Business, or relevant fields


* Hands-on proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Excel is required
