Our Core Values: Position Overview: The Sales Operations Analyst will support the commercial organization by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of customer plans, promotional activity, trade investment, and related commercial data.

The role will serve as the primary operational owner of Trilliant's Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system and promotion-management processes, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Business Insights, and Commercial Planning.

Success in this role means commercial teams can reliably answer what was planned, what was committed, what occurred, and what was spent without requiring extensive manual reconciliation.

Responsibilities: Trade Promotion Management · Serve as the day-to-day owner and administrator of the TPM platform.

· Establish and maintain standardized processes for promotion entry, approval, modification, and closeout.

· Ensure promotional events accurately capture customer, SKU, timing, promotional mechanic, depth, planned volume, and expected investment.

· Maintain promotion and trade-spend data integrity.

· Identify missing, inaccurate, or incomplete promotional information and drive resolution with account teams.

· Support system enhancements and process improvements that increase TPM adoption and effectiveness.

Promotion Calendar & Execution Tracking · Maintain a consolidated view of planned and executed promotional activity across customers and brands.

· Partner with Sales to capture customer commitments and changes in a timely manner.

· Reconcile planned promotional events with actual execution where appropriate.

· Establish processes to identify material differences between planned and executed events.

· Ensure promotion data is available in a consistent format for downstream Analytics and RGM measurement.
