Telecommunications Program Manager

Serve as the primary interface with the Government and maintain accountability for staffing, quality assurance, program execution, customer relationships, subcontractor performance, risk mitigation, financial performance, and contract compliance.

Occasional Travel may be requiredto Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

Position Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contractor point of contact to the Government.

Maintain accountability for overall contract performance, staffing, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

Lead customer relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement.

Direct program governance, quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement activities.

Ensure successful delivery of all contract deliverables and reporting requirements.

Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, succession planning, and workforce continuity.

Lead executive program reviews, transition briefings, and status reporting.

Resolve escalated customer, operational, contractual, and technical issues.

Ensure integration across inventory management, engineering, customer outreach, and transition operations teams.

Ensure compliance with all contractual, security, and regulatory requirements.
