Role and Responsibilities Ability to accurately prep and paint, an average of 65 pole mounted units a day and 10-15 pad mounted units per day.Ability to demonstrate proper safety protocol when using tools and working in the area.Ability to demonstrate accuracy when performing final quality check before unit moves on to the next station.Ability to follow work order.Insists on safety as job 1.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Related work in sanding/painting preferred Additional Requirements: Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload.A dependable and strong work ethic.Professional language and conduct at all times.Submit STEP idea (minimum of one annually).Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
