GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Must be detail oriented; efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.

The Spa Concierge Supervisor will work under the Spa Operations Manager in a supportive role.

Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.

Weekend, evening & holidays a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Have the ability to perform all aspects of the spa concierge position.

Ensure that all spa concierge provide appropriate and consistent levels of guest service and hospitality while addressing inconsistencies and/or lack of service on a regular basis.

Assist guests by providing knowledgeable and detailed information about spa treatments, packages, services, facility amenities, and hours of operation.

Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency.

Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Oversee guest communications through email and text messaging, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

Stay current on all spa operations information, become well-versed and trained in its application and assist in training spa concierge accordingly.

Attend and participate in all training and staff meetings for the spa.

Prepare and provide weekly staffing schedules to the Operations Manager, taking into account staff PTO requests as well as scheduling to the needs of the business.

Communicate with any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

Assist the Spa Operations Manager to ensure that all shifts are covered.

If a shift will not be covered by the assigned spa concierge, the lead will work with the Spa Operations manager to make sure that shift is covered.

Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by spa management.

Assist in handling guest complaints in the absence of a Spa Manager on Duty.
