* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with one to three years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create, analyze, and interpret data.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
* Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic manufacturing financial concepts.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to respond effectively to changing project and operational needs.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Minitab or other statistical software and three-dimensional CAD software preferred.
Summary:
This Manufacturing Engineer provides engineering and technical support for the forging, rolling, annealing, conditioning, and other value-added processing of titanium alloy products.
The role identifies and implements process improvements to enhance safety, quality, yield, throughput, and cost while providing technical support to resolve manufacturing issues and improve overall process performance.
