The Opportunity

You will take direct ownership of one-of-a-kind luxury residential builds from pre-construction to final walkthrough, bringing bespoke architectural designs to life.

Working closely with the company owner, you will enjoy direct communication without corporate bureaucracy while driving the execution of high-end custom homes.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Oversee all daily field operations, trade partners, and schedules to deliver luxury custom homes on time and within budget.


* Drive pre-construction planning, material procurement, and sub-contractor scheduling to maintain seamless project continuity.


* Communicate directly with homeowners, architects, and internal leadership to ensure design visions are executed flawlessly.


* Inspect work in progress to enforce strict quality control standards and uncompromising craftsmanship across all trades.


* Resolve complex job site challenges and structural detail discrepancies proactively to protect project timelines.


* Monitor project budgets, approve change orders, and track pay-per-performance metrics to ensure profitable project execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Direct, hands-on experience managing custom home construction projects from initial groundbreaking to owner occupancy.


* Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and high-end material application.


* Demonstrated ability to coordinate sub-contractors, manage project schedules, and maintain detailed job site logistics.


* Exceptional communication skills for managing client relations, architect collaborations, and trade partner expectations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 10+ years of related work experience in luxury residential custom home building.


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Proven track record of managing high-value, bespoke residential builds with minimal supervision.
