Manufacturing Engineer Assistant (COOP)

Position Overview



* Plan and execute experiments to support sensor development projects.


* Work with operations and laboratory personnel to set schedules for experimental builds and test plans.


* Create and update technical documents for manufacturing and process equipment.


* Compile and analyze data using statistical analysis software/methods.


* Present project work.


* Assist in the creation and execution of validation protocols.

Responsibilities



* Support Technical Operation Engineers with execution of engineering and documentation activities


* Routine data analysis and data presentation to engineers and management


* Filling out forms for interdepartmental communications to support execution of engineering activities

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience



* Student in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical engineering or another related field.


* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and statistical analysis.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience



* Experience in manufacturing or engineering workplace.


* Experience with statistical analysis software JMP.
