Deloitte is seeking a Data Strategy Team Lead to help clients define and execute data strategies that support business transformation, decision-making, and operational improvement.

This role combines strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate can translate business needs into actionable data priorities and help drive measurable outcomes through data-enabled change.

Work you'll do

As a Data Strategy Team Lead on the Deloitte team, you will be responsible for:


* Define core data requirements in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders


* Standardize business definitions, metadata, and data governance documentation across priority domains


* Assess current-state data platforms, capabilities, and gaps to identify improvement opportunities


* Develop target-state data architectures and phased roadmaps that support business and transformation priorities


* Create reporting and dashboard products that support decision-making, performance monitoring, and program execution
