This position will be located in Santa Clara, CA.

Job Description:

The Software Program Manager will be a core member of the team, responsible for the design and development of the Ottava system through initial release and subsequent launches.

The role will be accountable for driving execution of the end-to-end Software schedules and breaking them down into actionable quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).

The individual will leverage a hybrid Agile methodology to focus and drive the teams to achieve important short-term milestones that are critical to the success of the overall development plan and strategy.

In collaboration with the team, the Program Manager will be responsible for project risk management and mitigation requiring contingency planning, conflict resolution, and tradeoff assessments.

Another aspect of this role is being a champion of the team and building strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners.
