Job Description:

J&J IM is recruiting for a Facility Coordinator within the E&PS department, reporting to the Senior Site Facilities Manager IMSC and to be based in Geel, Belgium.

The Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) department is the backbone of our critical infrastructure, leading all aspects of the design, operation, and maintenance of buildings, HVAC systems, utilities, and installations across our sites in Belgium.

From centralized production and distribution systems to chemical and pharmaceutical production and R&D facilities.

Duties and responsibilities:


* Champion safety, quality and compliance by ensuring adherence to EH&S, GMP/GxP and company requirements and by supporting audits, inspections, documentation and reporting.


* Be the trusted, customer-focused point of contact for assigned buildings and infrastructure, internal customers and external partners, ensuring clear follow-up of requests, notifications and priorities.


* Coordinate day-to-day facility activities and bring together the facility team, supervisors, maintenance and project teams, internal stakeholders, and external hard and soft services providers.


* Act as the key contact for soft services, manage the contractor area and coordinate/optimize on-site logistical processes, including space use, buildings, parking areas and road closures.


* Oversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for buildings, technical installations and utilities, helping safeguard the availability of critical infrastructure.


* Manage and prioritise work orders in the maintenance management system, coordinate technical interventions and minor works, and drive the follow-up of breakdowns, deviations...
