Position Purpose

The Business Director is the senior business leader for Vision Care Hong Kong, with full accountability for business performance, P&L delivery, market competitiveness, and organizational leadership.

The role is responsible for returning the business to sustainable growth while protecting profitability and strengthening long-term market position.

This role requires a strong enterprise leader who can set clear strategic priorities, make disciplined resource-allocation decisions, build organizational capability, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver both short-term performance and long-term transformation.
