THE OPPORTUNITY

The Manager, TA APAC leads and delivers end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy and execution across the Asia‑Pacific region.

This role partners closely with business leaders and HR to build diverse, high‑quality talent pipelines, improve hiring outcomes, and ensure a consistent, compliant, and engaging candidate experience.

The role offers the opportunity to shape regional hiring strategy, lead teams, and make a measurable impact on growth and capability building in a dynamic MedTech organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy and delivery, aligning hiring plans with business priorities and workforce strategies.



* Manage and develop TA team members, fostering strong performance, engagement, and capability growth.



* Partner with senior leaders and HR to provide consultative guidance on hiring needs, market insights, and talent solutions and align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.



* Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across APAC, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.



* Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high‑quality candidate experience across all EMEA markets.



* Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics to achieve metrics and improve speed, quality, and cost of hire.



* Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.



* Oversee and coach recruiters and/or team members, fostering capability building and consistent performance management.



* Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and local labor regulations across APAC.
