Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planning Administrative Support role

to join our ISP Technologies, Inc., Ashland, Inc., business at our Texas City, Texas manufacturing plant.

This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Maintenance and Reliability team.

This position will report to Maintenance and Reliability Manager.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:


* Review planned work orders and confirming job readiness, including labor, duration, priority, permits, equipment availability, materials, tools, contractors, and operating constraints.


* Develop, publish, and maintain daily and weekly maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, corrective, inspection, and project-related work.


* Facilitate schedule review meetings with Maintenance and Operations, resolve resource conflicts, and communicate changes, risks, and production impacts.


* Coordinate schedule execution, track break-in work and delays, update work order dates and status, and support continuous improvement of schedule compliance and wrench time.


* Maintain an accurate backlog of ready-to-schedule work and identify work orders blocked by materials, engineering, access, permits, or operational conditions.


* Coordinate materials for planned work by verifying parts lists, stock availability, reservations, staging, kitting, delivery dates, and return of unused materials.


* Create or support purchase requisitions and purchase orders for non-stock materials, repair services, rentals, and contractor support in accordance with site procedures and approval limits.


* Expedite critical orders, follow up with suppliers, resolve discrepancies, and communicate material risks that could affect the maintenance schedule.


* Partner with maintain inventory accuracy, min/max levels, reorder points, critical-spare coverage, obsolescence controls, and cycle-count follow-up.


* Coordinate repairable spares and vendor repairs, including shipment, quotation follow-up, expected return date, documentation, and warranty tracking.


* Maintain accurate CMMS records, including work order schedules, material requirements, purchase references, lead times, job status, and completion information.


* Monitor and report relevant metrics such as schedule compliance, ready backlog, material availability, stockouts, emergency purchases, overdue orders, inventory accuracy, and repair turnaround time.
