What You'll Do

As our Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, confidence, independence, and quality of life by:


* Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans


* Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions


* Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members


* Educating patients and families on treatment goals and progress


* Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately


* Encouraging, motivating, and empowering patients throughout their recovery journey

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:


* Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California


* Passionate about patient care and outcomes


* A strong communicator and team player


* Flexible, dependable, and self-motivated


* Able to build meaningful connections with patients and families


* Experienced in post-acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar settings (preferred)
