Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of experienced Financial Product Line Support Services staff with direct oversight of the day- to-day activities.
* Partner with and support the Financial Lines business unit(s) and support areas to ensure that products, systems, processes, and procedures are in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including participating in compliance audits reviews and market conduct exams.
* Support Financial Lines business unit(s) by ensuring approved form/rate filings and other initiatives are implemented.
* Lead the product development and ongoing support for Financial Lines with a focus on speed to market, key deliverables and new product launches.
Ensure project timelines are met or exceeded.
* Provide clear, concise communications with Regulatory Affairs, Compliance Assurance, Business Units, State Regulators, and all other internal Chubb areas.
* Report to leadership on compliance efforts and the resolution of compliance issues.
* Work with Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, lead the resolution of all regulatory issues arising out of state examinations, investigations, inquiries, and audits for Financial Lines.
Ensure remediation and appropriate preventive action in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
* Partner with Compliance to develop, communicate, implement, and maintain policies, standards, procedures, training, monitoring and controls within the business unit.
* Work with Product Line Services Support team to ensure all product handoff dates are identified and met.
* Work with Product Line Support Services Support team to develop thorough, concise product requirements in accordance with IT handoff dates.
