As a Consultant, Project and Program Management on the Human Capital Program Major Programs and Portfolio Management (MPPM) team, you will be responsible for supporting complex transformation initiatives, delivering project management activities across agile and traditional environments, and helping clients achieve business outcomes through structured execution.


* Manage day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders, sponsors, and project leaders.


* Support delivery of client engagements focused on technology and business solution implementation.


* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and key deliverables.


* Track project progress, identify variances, and coordinate corrective actions to address risks and issues.


* Facilitate requirements, design, testing, training, and support activities across project workstreams.
