ERP Federal Accountant Functional Transformation Consultant

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies.

You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value.

Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation, you will:



* Supporting strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives through research, analysis, and structured problem solving


* Developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, workplans, status updates, and analysis summaries


* Coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation for workstreams and deliverables


* Gathering, organizing, and analyzing business, operational, and program data to support recommendations and decisions


* Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support implementation activities and project objectives

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


* Active Top Secret security clearance required


* Must be willing to work on site in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time


* 4+ years of experience applying DoD accounting practices/policies and reporting expectations


* 3+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and developing functional specifications


* 3+ years of experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or end-user training
