Project Management Office (PMO) Functional Transformation Consultant

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies.

You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value.

Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As a Project Consultant- PMO Analyst, you will:


* Support day-to-day PMO coordination across planning, reporting, governance, and action tracking for a complex program or portfolio


* Maintain the integrated master schedule, including updates to milestones, dependencies, and critical timelines


* Track risks, actions, issues, and decisions and monitor ownership, due dates, status updates, and escalations


* Coordinate weekly deliverables, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries for program leadership and stakeholders


* Support onboarding coordination in a cleared environment while maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready PMO artifacts
